Andrew Payne : Moon and Clouds   (01:00 mins)

This film compares the speed of two natural objects, clouds and the moon. It shows a time lapse shot of clouds moving faster than a real time shot of the moon. Even with the clouds appearing to move faster than normal, this is not an accurate representation of reality. The moon is moving at over 3,600 kilometres per hour around the Earth, but its distance from us makes its movement more imperceptible.     ©2014 Andrew Payne. All Rights Reserved
